Drawing sheet detail preferences

Hi all

Having done Technical Drawing as a subject in school a lot of my drawing detailing and dimensioning personal preferences still stem from that period. I was taught that centreline end points should not extend too far past the boundary edges of the circular/cylindrical entity requiring the aforementioned centreline. When detailing and dimensioning components, assemblies, etc, in the SW r2025 program that l use at my workplace the centreline endpoints project well beyond the part boundary edges. Is there a setting whereby one can adjust how far beyond the boundary edges the centreline endpoints extend to meet my personal preference?

Many thanks.
