I have solved this assembly problem by only varying the 12 degree angle in opposing direction...In assem2 file i have tilted the assembly in +Z axis and in assem3 file the tilt is in -Z axis..So all other orientation are pretty much symmetric..Interestingly centre of mass Z co ordinate ans came different(in value)..but the value should be the same only sign should be opposite(like Z=a in one case in other case Z=-a)..

ASSEM2 ans X=0.01,Y=-359.19,Z=42.58 

ASSEM2 ans X=0.01,Y=-360.00,Z=-43.17 

What seems the problem here?
