Is anyone having trouble logging in today? My system refuses to connect to 3Dexperience.

I had a Windows update installed last night so I'm not sure if that is what is causing the issue or not.

The system tells me I am logged in but I keep getting this error message

Then this empty dialog pops up

Can anyone shed any light on this? I am not sure where to go from here
