Assembly BOM tables with Length AND quantity (not weldment)

I am creating assemblies for a customer that has many of their parts created as length configurations of various profiles.  Think of it 2x4s, 2x6s and 4x4s that have certain lengths (2', 4', 5', etc.) called out.  I can make an assembly easily enough, but in the drawing I want to show that there are a quantity of four 2x4s with a 2' length, a quantity of six 2x4's with a 4' length, etc.  This is easy enough, as I can set the quantity in the BOM.  The problem is that I ALSO want to show the overall (total) length per 2x4, 2x6, 4x4, etc.  There is a toggle in the Properties (BOM quantity) where I can switch from "- None -" to "Length" (or "Bounding Box Length"), but this changes the all the quantities to lengths in the BOM in the assembly drawing.

I want to show BOTH the quantity per item x length AND the overall stock length needed in the upper level assembly BOMs.  Yes, I realize this would be two different BOMs, but that is what my customer wants.  Essentially, we need X feet of 2x4s, X feet of 2x6s, etc., and then a separate table that shows the quantity of 2x4s that are 2 feet long, 3 feet long, etc.

 

I know you can do this sort of thing within a "weldment" (and/or sheetmetal) part, but I am creating assemblies from various profiles that are already (non weldment) parts with length configurations.

Effectively, I want both of these BOM tables in my assembly drawing.  Yes, I know how to differentiate the "Part Configuration Grouping", but how do I get both tables to show properly?
