I work in a multi-user environment and my location is transistioning from ACAD/Draftsight electrical schematics to SWE. We don't want to affect users at other sites, but could not find information as to what, if any, configuration settings within a project are global in nature. Our customers expect drawings to remain in a drawing format which is different than our new parent company. My belief is that the settings such as wire styles, wire numbering specifically, are project specific, and a change would not affect how new drawings for other sites would be generated, that is, provided we have our own drawing template to begin from.

Is there a list of global configuration vs project specific configuration settings?
