I recently purchased a Makers subscription to SOLIDWORKS xDesign. I tried to launch the program using the link in the "Get started" email, but I received the error message below. I then tried to submit a ticket through Online Purchase Support, but I received a similar Access Denied error. Could someone please explain what the issue is? Otherwise, I'm going to insist on a refund.
