Hi,
I installed the 3DEXPERIENCE Launcher on a Windows 11 Pro machine. The installation completes without any errors, but the Launcher itself does not start properly.
When I try to open the Launcher:
- A black window appears briefly and then closes
- No error message is shown
What I have already tried:
- Restarting the computer
- Running the Launcher as Administrator
- Ending all Launcher / Dassault-related processes in Task Manager
- Deleting all these files and installing again (many times)
- Making sure Microsoft Edge and Chrome is fully up to date. Tried with both browsers.
- Cleared browser cache
- Installing and launching while antivirus temporarily disabled
- Checking Windows Security / antivirus (no blocked actions found)
Also it doesnt show the launcher in the task bar or desktop.
The issue still persists with the same behavior.
Has anyone experienced this issue or are there any additional troubleshooting steps I should check?
