Hi, I would like to block manuel revision to control designer's action in Change management. They revise the released product before change implementation approval. This is against the configuration rules. The system must allow that the only way to revise a data is using Change action or only authorized should be leaders. 

Do you have any idea to apply these rules without changing policies. I tried MQL and change my policiy on my training area. Unfortunately, I could not achive my purpose.
