The model I support contains a number of variants and I am looking to automate the process of generating variant realizations and publishing these variants to branches on TWC. 

I am aware of the transform.bat command line utility, but my TWC server is setup with SSO which this utility does not appear to support. Is there a way to perform variant transformation outside of the wizard in a way that could be automated:

ModelTransformationsManager.getInstance().doTransformation(...)
