Hi all, 

I performed heating and equilibration using OpenMM and I would like to use the output to start a GAMD protocol. I see that OpenMM does not produce a suitable restart file .rst.

Is there any way to proceed or  will I need to repeat my heating-equilibration runs without using OpenMM?
