I am following along with the 3D Innovator course work and I am stuck on a step.

The instruction video shows scaling the wheel with a scale tool in the features section. This tool allows the instructor to select origin as a reference and there is no selection for a surface or volume output.

I do not have a scale tool in my features bar, but I do have one in the transform menu. In the picture below, it can be seen that there is no scale tool in the features menu. The multi output dialog box is what I get when I select the scaling tool from the transform menu.

When I select the Scaling tool from the Transform menu, I am not able to use the origin as a reference and I am also asked to select between a surface and body output. I am not allowed to scale from one place at a time either.

How can I shrink this wheel? I have watched the video several times and followed each step exactly. Any help would be appreciated.
