Unable to save to cloud due to user privilege conflict

Dear 3DEXPERIENCE Support Team and Community,

I am using the CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE Student Edition and have recently encountered an issue where I cannot save my work to the cloud.

Even after switching to a fully controlled collaborative space, the problem persists. Please see the attached screenshot below for the exact error message.

I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue. Thank you very much for your time and help.
