I previously registered a SOLIDWORKS student account using my university email address and purchased the SOLIDWORKS Student Edition software. However, I have forgotten the password for that account.

I have tried to reset the password several times, but I have not received any password reset or verification email. I have also checked my spam/junk folder, but the email is not there either.

Since I am unable to access my original student account, I registered this SOLIDWORKS Community account using another email address in order to submit this support case.

Could you please help me check why I am not receiving the password reset email, or advise me on how I can recover access to my original SOLIDWORKS student account?
