Unable to Launch 3DEXPERIENCE Student Edition After Windows 11 Update (KB5068861)

Since the latest Windows 11 security update (KB5068861), I’ve been unable to launch the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for students. Previously, the 3DEXPERIENCE launcher would open the "Part Design" app without any issues. However, after this update, the launcher now prompts me to reinstall it.

When I run the MSI installer and complete the installation, I’m unable to proceed past the "Continue" screen, which should allow me to finalize the setup. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

Any suggestions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
