Buenas noches. Alguien sabe como pedir un pedido de reeembolso? Intente realizarlo desde la pagina cleverbridge y me pide que lo haga desde la pagina de solidworks. Alli me pide llenar formularios con numero de orden (el cual no tengo). Tambien me envia a la opcion "pedidos" y no puedo realizar ninguna accion. Si alguien sabe en concreto como pedir el reembolso se lo agradecere mucho
Translation :- Good evening. Does anyone know how to request a refund? I tried doing so through the Cleverbridge website, but it prompts me to make the request via the SolidWorks site instead. Once there, it asks me to fill out forms requiring an order number (which I do not have). It also directs me to the "Orders" section, where I am unable to take any action. If anyone knows exactly how to request a refund, I would greatly appreciate the help.
