I recently purchased the xDesign for Students subscription and I received the get Started email. When I hit the "Launch your 3DEXPERIENCE platform" I keep getting a "Sorry, access denied" message.
I already tried clearing the cache, doing the whole incognito window and tried several browsers with the same results (Safari, Google Chrome on Mac).
Like many other threads I've seen around here, it seems their backend software is not properly assigning roles as it should in the first place.
I went ahead and filled up the contact support forum as suggested on other threads and it fails right away. It is extremely frustrating that not even the contact support works as it should.
