How to actually contact this awful company?

Why won't their customer support page allow a question? My access is still denied, and I don't know what else to try. I paid and have tried everything to access the program for a week now with no success.  I'm using a Windows 11 PC. I tried with Chrome and Edge. I have cleared the cache. At some point, I must have registered for a trial version, and so it will let me onto that (asking "Do you want to extend your trial a few hours?") but not the program I paid for. I can access my account that says it's paid, and I have the emails that say confirmation and getting started. This is infuriating that the company will not allow us to contact customer support. Every time I try it says "Score threshold not met."  I would cancel right now except the program is required by my professor (and long story short, I need to get the program on my own). 

Please can someone help?
