[Help] [Urgent] Paid Student License - "Access Denied" & User Not Invited (16 hrs+)

I purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA Student edition and received the official "Get Started" activation email 16 hours ago.

However, I am completely locked out. Every time I follow the activation link (or try the portal directly), I get the error:

"You don't have access... syed_cadia has not yet been invited to the platform."

I know the standard troubleshooting steps and I have already tried all of them with no luck:

  • Incognito / Private windows
  • Clearing cache and cookies
  • 3 different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)

Since it has been over 16 hours, this is clearly a backend provisioning error where my paid license wasn't linked to my username correctly. As a paying customer, this is incredibly frustrating.
