Hello,
I purchased “SOLIDWORKS xDesign for Students” today.
My subscription is active and I can access the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
However, the CAD applications are missing from my tenant.
I only see:
- Platform Manager
- Collaborative Industry Innovator
- 3DSwymer
The following apps/roles are missing:
- 3D Creator
- xDesign
- xShape
Even the direct xDesign URL does not work.
Could you please verify if my student CAD roles were provisioned correctly?
