After the expiration of my license, I recently subscribed to a new one-year license. However, upon logging back in, I noticed that my previous parts and data are no longer accessible.

I would like to know:

• Whether it is possible to reactivate it or link it to my new license
• Whether a restoration procedure can be considered

I can of course provide my exact username as well as the approximate expiration and renewal dates if necessary.
