Hi I have the exact same issue as seen below from another customer but the reply to the answer was just that the problem was sorted in private chat. So my question is exactly the same:

How can I have the credit to do a certification? I bought the 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA for Students pack, but it doesn't let me complete the 3DEXPERIENCE 3D Innovator - Associate certification because it says I need 2 credits. The package comes with 3 free certifications did I miss something? Could someone clarify thanks!
