Background:  Windows 11 up to date, Hotfix 1.15 installed (clean install).  All issues arose for the first time after the 1.11 Hotfix.

Without warning, while working on a Part in Part Design, all 3D features became unavailable (looking washed-out in the Action Pad or toolbar) and selecting the Part collector generates this message:

This Part was originally created by inserting a new 3D Part into an existing Assembly and had been edited just a few hours previously.  Now the 3D Features appear this way:

Also, regardless of the units specified in Preferences, Parameter settings are confined to mm:

- - - - Curiously, new files in Part Design have the 3D Features and Imperial units preserved.  It appears that these functions for Part collectors created within Assemblies are disconnecting from the associated workbench.
