Hello all, I believe I am facing two problems with my team's 3DExperience package. 

1. I cannot or don't have the privilige to add or remove students to have access to 3DX. 

2. Our 3DX does not have the proper "Collaborative Designer for SOLIDWORKS" Role. For the past 10 months my team has been using 3ddrive and due to the scale of our project, 3ddrive is not performing optimally by losing some of our save progress. I would like the proper role/privilege to properly use 3dspaces inside the SolidWorks pane.
