Dear Dassault Systèmes Support,
I am using the 3DEXPERIENCE for Students online license.
Until recently, everything was working correctly with the B427_Cloud version.
However, after the platform was updated around 15 November to B428_Cloud, I have not been able to use CATIA Part Design anymore.
The problem is as follows:
- The 3DEXPERIENCE Native App starts and the welcome window appears.
- When I try to open Part Design (to load my existing project), the window freezes for a few seconds and then the application closes by itself.
- Because of this, I cannot access or work on my thesis project.
This issue started only after the update to B428_Cloud; with B427_Cloud it worked without any problems.
Since I am close to my thesis deadline and have limited time left, I kindly ask you to:
- Provide a solution or workaround to stop the crash and allow Part Design to run again on B428_Cloud, or
- Temporarily allow me access to the previous working version (B427_Cloud) so that I can finish my thesis work within the next 1–2 weeks.
If you need any additional information (log files, system details, screenshots, etc.), I will be happy to provide them.
