I am writing to report an access issue with the certification learning materials included in my 3DEXPERIENCE student package.
I am the platform administrator for our tenant. I am attempting to access the learning path within the 3DEXPERIENCE Edu Space, but the content is locked with the following error message: "Content is not accessible to you. Kindly contact your admin."
To troubleshoot, I have already completed the following steps:
- Confirmed that I am logged in with the admin role.
- Verified that the licenses are currently active.
- Checked the Certification, 3DEXPERIENCE Edu, and My Learning sections.
- I tried accessing the platform from different browsers and devices.
- Tried opening the account after clearing up cache and cookies
- tried opening the account in incognito mode
Despite these efforts, I still cannot see or launch the certifications included with our purchase.
Could you please help me understand what might be causing this? Specifically, I would like to know if this is a role/permission mapping issue, or if certifications must be manually assigned even to the platform admin.
