Hi everyone,

I am experiencing an issue when generating derived formats in 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud.(R2026x FD01)

When I generate a derived format in STEP or CATPart, the output job is posted successfully, but the file is never generated, even after waiting for a long time.

However, when I select XCADPivot or ExactGeometry / CATIA V5, the derived format is generated immediately.

When creating the conversion rule, I also see the following notification for STEP or CATPart conversion:

“*XXC (Enterprise IP Integration Credits) will be consumed for this conversion.”

I am not sure if this issue is caused by missing XXC credits(I do not know where to check my credit balance), or if it is related to the conversion settings.

Could you please help me understand why STEP and CATPart derived formats are not being generated?
