We recently carried out an improvement project on the mini-MIC, our workstation designed for demonstrations at trade shows and events.

After observing how it was used, we identified several points to improve:

• lack of space for keyboard and mouse → added a drawer,
• limited space for certain components → added a shelf,
• need to keep instructions accessible → integrated a binder,
• issues with some technical parts → 3D-printed new components,
• cabinet that wouldn’t close and messy storage → added a lock and labels,
• value message not visible enough → designed a magnetic display panel.

A big thank you to @SR and @BF , who supported us with design ideas and the realization of these improvements. Thanks to this collective effort, we now have a more ergonomic, functional, and impactful station for our demos.
