I’ve been meaning to post this for a while now. Wanted to share a little project I’ve been working on a metal spot welder (mainly for Li-ion cells).

The case is recycled from an old car battery charger (a little zero-waste spirit ✌️ ) and all the custom parts: the front panel, PCB mount, covers, and brackets were 3D printed at  3DEXPERIENCE Lab Munich on a Bambu H2D with a smooth PEI plate.

Really happy with how clean the prints came out!!!
