Is there guidance on how many Commits / Project Versions there should be on TWC before needing to save off a copy of the project and archive it, and start over with a fresh project history? The team is saying our commits are getting high and the project would run faster if we started fresh. I would rather not have to keep saving off baselines of the TWC server project every time our commits get "high". Does the number of commits on a project really affect performance that much anyway?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
