PURPOSE: Calculates the fraction of sp3 carbons in a molecule.

Fsp3 = number of sp3 hybridized carbons/total carbon count.

INSTALLATION: Unzip the attached file and save CalculateFsp3.pl to a local directory or location accessible from the DS Client Files Explorer

USAGE: In the DS Client open CalculateFsp3.pl. Or from the DS Client's Files Explorer, right-click on the CalculateFsp3.pl file and select Open With | Script Window then launch the script using the Run command from the Scripting toolbar.

REQUIREMENTS: A molecule window with molecules.
