The upgrade for the 3DEXPERIENCE® platform on the Cloud to the 3DEXPERIENCE® R2026x FD01 level is now completed. In line with this upgrade, a new version of the 3DEXPERIENCE® Cloud Eligibility Tool is also released to take into account the changes pertaining to this level.
This new and updated version of the tool includes a couple of improvements as well as a few changes. A brief summary of all the important changes done during this upgrade is highlighted below:
Changes in Network Adapter Setting Check
As part of the recent fix, the Network Adapter power-saving setting check has been updated.
Due to recent Windows security and policy updates, checking the setting “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” now requires administrator (admin) privileges.
What will users see?
While running the tool, a Windows PowerShell admin prompt will appear asking for permission to make changes to the device.
What needs to be done?
Users must click “Yes” on the admin prompt to allow the tool to correctly compute and validate the network adapter setting, as shown below:
If users select “No” then user will see the below warning:

Windows 11 supported levels for 3DEXPERIENCE® Platform on the Cloud are as per below:
Windows 11 Enterprise: Supported versions are 23H2 and 24H2
Windows 11 Pro: Supported versions are 24H2
Windows 11 Pro for Workstations: Supported versions are 24H2

New Certified Workstations:
In recent times, multiple workstations has been certified by the Dassault Systèmes for supporting the 3DEXPERIENCE® Platform on the Cloud. All of these workstations are updated into Certified Workstations List for 3DEXPERIENCE® Platform on the Cloud and the Cloud Eligibility Checker tool does take these changes into account in Hardware and Software Configurations check as per below:
Good news! Logs are now available directly within the downloaded ZIP file, enabling single-click downloading of HTML and logs together. Earlier, logs need to be added separately in the zip file, but that’s now streamlined into one simple step.
If user need full logs, then they still need to use -d option while executing the Cloud Eligibility Checker Tool, as shown below:
