With the new Release on February 22nd, 2026, of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform SaaS Availability console, we are pleased to deliver the following new features:
- Improve 3DEXPERIENCE platform SaaS Availability console maintenance communication
- Give more visibility on the progress of ongoing 3DEXPERIENCE platform unavailability through 3DSwym Posts

1. Communication on the maintenance
In addition of the published news announcing the maintenance, a banner will be displayed on the frontend of the console.
The Read more link will redirect you to the news containing the details of what will be delivered in the Release.
During the maintenance of the console a message will be displayed:
2. Real-Time Unavailability Updates in 3DSwym Communities
We will use the communities to notify 3DEXPERIENCE platform Users when There is an unavailability. Posts will be displayed in the relevant communities for partners and updated with each new communication.
2.1 On Customers and Academia
The 3DS Cloud Communication agent will create and update 3DSwym Posts to inform the evolution of an unavailabilities on Customers or Academia, within the dedicated communities.
One post is created per unavailability event. The post will be updated with each new communication.
2.2 IFWE Communities Posts for the Private 3DEXPERIENCE SaaS platforms unavailability
A post will be created in the IFWE community dedicated to the customer.
The post will be updated with each new communication from the Console.
