*Hello everyone,

I am facing an issue in the FTA workbench (CATIA V5) and I am looking for some help.

My Goal:

I need to apply an Angularity tolerance (\\\$\\angle\\\$) of 0.4 to a planar face, relative to a central axis (A-B Datum), as shown on my 2D drawing. The face is inclined at 18°.

The Problem:

When I use the Semantic Tolerancing Advisor, I cannot find the "Angularity" option.

What I have tried:

1. I select the Planar Face (the inclined surface).
2. I hold CTRL and select the Geometry Axis (the line passing through the two holes, which represents my A-B axis).
3. I click on the Tolerancing Advisor.

Result:

The Advisor only proposes Flatness or Profile of Surface (see attached screenshot). It seems CATIA does not recognize the angle relationship between the face and the axis, so it treats it as a single surface form control.

Does anyone know the correct procedure to force the Angularity symbol to appear? Do I need to create the semantic dimension (18°) beforehand, or is my selection method wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
