I recently submitted a service request because I COULDN’T ACCESS 3D EXPERIENCE/CATIA for over 2 weeks. After waiting that long, I finally received a reply notification by email, but I STILL CAN’T REPLY THROUGH THE SUPPORT APPLICATION. SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT AND NOTHING WORKS AFTER THE 2026x Update — it’s a complete MESS and something needs to be done about it.
