Good afternoon,

I have student 3DEXPERIENCE catia license with the full package to attend the modeling and simulation course. I am able to open the design software correctly and access the online educational courses provided. However, I am unable to import the files provided by the course, and I also cannot save the drawings I create.

In both cases, the software shows license errors, but I am unable to understand the reason.
