persistent "Unable to connect to 3DEXPERIENCE" error in Solidworks

Hello, I have this error that i can't get rid of:
 

I currently have tried:

  • Deleting the cache in "C:\\Users\\user\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\swcefcache"
  • Deleting the cache in "C:\\Users\\user\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\swcefdir"
  • Deleting the cache in "C:\\Users\\user\\AppData\\Local\\DassaultSystemes\\CATTemp"
  • Adding "https://*.3ds.com" in my safe websites in my internet options
  • Adding "https://www.3ds.com" in my safe websites in my internet options
  • Deleteing the registry keys in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\SolidWorks"
  • Deleteing the registry keys in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Dassault Systemes\\SolidWorks Shared"
  • Deleteing the registry keys in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Dassault Systemes\\SOLIDWORKSPDM"
  • Rebooting my computer
  • Relaunching the app from the desktop shortcut and from the 3DExperience hub
  • Reinstalled Solidworks multiple times

And yet, this error persists.
