I have subscribed to the SOLIDWORKS xDesign for Students and 3DEXPERIENCE Catia for students during the CyberMonday Offer. I am happy that I have both the solutions deployed and received the Getting Stated email as well and my account ID is "OI000466228 - BEHERA_R". Below are some issues I am facing.
1. When I am clicking on the Access your Platform, I see only SOLIDWORKS xDesgin for Students 3D Dashbord. I don't see any 3D Dashboard for the 3DEXPERIENCE Catia for Students.
2. Under the Learning and Certification, when I am trying to access the learning content through the Start training to get Certified, and under the learning module upon clicking on the start Learning, a blank window comes in new tab. And after closing the window, and trying to click on the resume learning button, 'Content is not available, contact your admin' is appearing.
Screenshot is attached for reference. Requesting the concern admin to resolve the above two issues, so that I can start my certification journey.
