Hi 3DEXPERIENCE EDU Team and Community,

My name is Firat, a 3rd-year architecture student from Turkey. I recently purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA for Students package.

My main focus is parametric, neo-futuristic architecture. I am currently preparing a professional portfolio aimed at Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA), focusing on the rationalization of complex biomorphic surfaces and translating them into structural BIM environments.

While the "3D Innovator" and "CATIA Student" roles are amazing for advanced surface modeling, I realized I am missing the essential AEC tools to turn these conceptual masses into actual building information models. Specifically, I cannot access the "Building 3D Design" or "Architectural Detail Designer" applications.

I have attached a screenshot of my Members Control Center showing my current roles. Could an admin or support member please help me get these specific AEC/Civil roles assigned to my account so I can continue building my portfolio?
