I purchased Solidworks xDesign for Makers on January 6, 2026.  Since then, I have not been able to access the learning content. When I attempt to start the learning or open any of the modules, I receive a message that reads the content is not accessible to you.

Could someone please help me update my account credentials so I have access to this content?
